We’re seeking enthusiastic volunteers to represent the Dear Jack Foundation at an upcoming Kendra Scott Gives Back shopping event! During this event, 20% of all purchases will be donated to support young adult cancer patients and survivors.
Event Details:
Date: Thursday, December 19th
Time: 2-4 PM
Locations:
- Amarillo, TX
- Springfield, MO
- Wichita, KS
Other possible locations are
- Albuquerque, NM
- Midland, TX
- El Paso, TX
- Kansas City, MO
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and share information about Dear Jack Foundation’s mission
- Help distribute Dear Jack Foundation materials
- Encourage shoppers to participate in the giveback event
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hour shifts
- Passion for supporting young adult cancer patients
- Time for a 10-15 minute video call for training prior to event
Volunteers will receive:
- Dear Jack Foundation t-shirt
- Light refreshments
- Training on foundation talking points
- Meaningful opportunity to support young adult cancer community
