Help us reach our goal of raising $300,000 by November 11, 2024
Welcome to a space where hope, compassion, and community converge – a digital space created by the Dear Jack Foundation to provide AYA (ages 18-39) cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers with access to virtual get-togethers, resources, and mental health support. At the heart of our mission lies a profound commitment to supporting the mental health of AYAs through every phase of their cancer journey. This platform was created to foster connection, understanding, and empowerment.
The Dear Jack Foundation believes in the power of shared experiences and the strength that comes from supporting one another. Our goal is to provide our community – AYA (18-39 year olds) cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers – the ability to gather, learn, and connect.
Any AYA (ages 18-39) cancer patient, survivor, or thriver is invited to complete the registration form and we will get them set up with a login to provide access to this password protected section of our website.
This website is absolutely FREE to any AYA cancer patient, survivor, or thriver.
Several components of the site require that we restrict access to our AYA community only.
We have thoughtfully curated a site for AYAs that includes the following:
At a minimum, we will update the resources section after each monthly virtual-get together to post what was discussed and shared. If you have any suggestions, please let us know!
Thank you for all you do! We have an email list for hospital and organization partners and providers. We reach out about once a month to keep you posted on application cycles and news. Sign up here!
Have a suggestion, idea, or interested in presenting at a virtual get-together? We’d love to hear from you! Just submit the form linked below.
Want to tell the AYAs you know about our community initiative? We’ve created an overview to help you share about what we’re up to!
Want an easy way to share with others about our community initiative? We made a business card with a QR code link to make sharing easy!
Our goal as a community is to begin the conversation about mental health, provide support as an organization, and recommend resources so that you are able to continue achieving your mental health goals. By registering, you will be granted access to our community forum and invited to utilize the support within this website, community calls, Facebook/Discord groups, and weekly emails.
To access our AYA Community Forum, please complete the registration form below. New users are uploaded weekly and you will be emailed login information at that time. If you have any questions, email Susan at susan@dearjackfoundation.org.
If you have already completed your registration and updated your password, click the button below to be redirected to the community login page.
