In this interactive and practical session led by Triage Cancer, we’re stripping away the jargon and focusing on real-life strategies for organizing your finances, saving on everyday expenses, and creating a spending plan that works for your life right now. Whether you’re building a “new normal” budget or just trying to stretch your paycheck a little further, this session is designed to help you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

📘 What You’ll Learn:

🛒 Cost-saving tips for daily essentials and medical expenses
🏗️ How to adjust your budget when income or energy levels shift
🎁 Where to find grants, scholarships, and programs for the AYA community
