How It Works

Steps to Join & Log

  • Join Jibble: Click open Jibble to Join button above and Clock In/Out or log hours
  • Click the green arrow at the top right to clock in or add hours.
  • Select Your Activity
  • Select a project, if applicable. (If you are a Colorado State volunteer, select CSU – 2025 Letters with Love.
  • Clock In Before You Start
  • Clock Out when you’re done
  • TIP: If you forget to clock in/out, you can add hours manually with the correct date and time

    How do I stay involved with Letters with Love in the future?

    Join our email list to stay in the loop on upcoming letter writing! We do this quarterly and would love to have your continued support! Join the Letters with Love Email List!

    Do I need to be approved before logging hours?

    Usually no—if you have the link, you’re good. If you see a lock screen, reach out to volunteers@dearjackfoundation.org.

    Which project should I choose?

    If you’re a CSU student, staff, or club → CSU 2025 Letters with Love

    Everyone else, choose the current month Letters with Love.

    Can I log group events?

    Yes. Each person should clock their own time. For hosted events, put the event name in your note.

    Can I get a report of my hours?

    The Jibble app and website will provide weekly or monthly personal reports. If you need more than that, please reach out to volunteers@dearjackfoundation.org.

    What is the privacy policy for Dear Jack's Jibble account?

    We only track name, email, project selection, and time entries. No location or sensitive data is required.
