Module Two:
Yoga for Peace and Presence

Welcome to our first month of live classes on ZOOM for The Breathe Series! We encourage you to try our Breath Work Basics Module of videos prior to joining us for these classes so you can learn how we can use our breath for presence and peace at any time, however this is not required. Yoga is a practice of connecting the body, mind, and soul through breath and movement. This month we will find peace and presence on the yoga mat as an online community and will learn how to carry this into life. The mindfulness we notice while breathing and moving through postures can transition to how we do all things and we can find peace in every breath. All classes will be gentle with a yoga for cancer support focus. There will be time for movement and community connection, as well as self reflection. You will be invited to slow down to bring presence into your body, unwind your nervous system, and create space in your mind which will leave you feeling at peace.

All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to participate!

Module Two classes are offered in a live (virtual) class format on ZOOM. Advanced registration is required. You do not need to register again if you have already registered for The Breathe Series. If you have not registered yet, please register via the link below. You only need to register once if you plan to take one or more of the classes in the year long series.
