The Mental Wellness Box - Community Initiatives

Programs

You Are Not Alone.

So much of the time, healing the mind takes a back seat to physically healing the body and research indicates that overall quality of life increases when there is a focus on both.

In partnership with Find Your Anchor, the Dear Jack Mental Wellness Box was created to remove the stigma of asking for mental health support when going through cancer treatment as a young adult.
