So much of the time healing the mind takes a back seat to physically healing the body and research indicates that overall quality of life increases when there is a focus on both.
In partnership with Find Your Anchor, the Dear Jack Mental Wellness Box was created to remove the stigma of asking for mental health support when going through cancer treatment as a young adult. The purpose of this box is to provide mental health resources to young adults in active cancer treatment nationwide.
Eligibility:
These mental health resources are available to young adult cancer patients and survivors (ages 18-39) at no cost. LifeList participants will be receiving this box with their welcome bags in 2022.
