Overview

The Dear Jack Foundation believes in the power of shared experiences and the strength that comes from supporting one another. Our goal is to provide our community – AYA (18-39 year olds) cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers – the ability to gather, learn, and connect.

Any AYA (ages 18-39) cancer patient, survivor, or thriver is invited to complete the registration form and we will get them set up with a login to provide access to this password protected section of our website.

FAQ

Is there a fee to join?

This website is absolutely FREE to any AYA cancer patient, survivor, or thriver.

Why does this need to be password protected?

Several components of the site require that we restrict access to our AYA community only.

  • Proprietary information provided by our guest speakers.
  • The ability to register for our virtual get-togethers.
  • The ability to join our closed groups on Facebook and Discord.
  • What things are included on the website?

    We have thoughtfully curated a site for AYAs that includes the following:

  • Information and registration for our monthly virtual get-togethers.
  • Links to join our closed Facebook and Discord groups to connect with other AYAs.
  • A robust, categorized resource bank with information from our previous calls.
  • Mental health resources.
  • Sign up for our Monday Message emails and monthly updates.
  • Submission form for feedback and suggestions.
  • How often will this site have updates?

    At a minimum, we will update the resources section after each monthly virtual-get together to post what was discussed and shared. If you have any suggestions, please let us know!

    AYA Community Forum Registration

    Our goal as a community is to begin the conversation about mental health, provide support as an organization, and recommend resources so that you are able to continue achieving your mental health goals. By registering, you will be granted access to our community forum and invited to utilize the support within this website, community calls, Facebook/Discord groups, and weekly emails.

    To access our AYA Community Forum, please complete the registration form below. New users are uploaded weekly and you will be emailed login information at that time. If you have any questions, email Susan at susan@dearjackfoundation.org.
